Similarities:
The third link I have recognized between
the Mexican Mariachi piece and the Bavarian Folk piece is the form. The main
form is ABA-CDC, also known as ‘Compound Ternary Form’. Two Ternary forms (ABA) are combined and become a Compound Ternary Form.

Differences:
One difference between the forms
of the two pieces is that the form of the Mariachi piece is a bit more complex,
than the form in the Bavarian piece because it has the first parts A and B and
a slightly different version of A repeated at the end of the piece. Therefore
its complete form is ABA-CDC-ABA’.
